IPL 2025 Retention: Full list of retained players by all 10 franchises

Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni, Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya are among the star players retained by their respective franchises ahead of the IPL 2025 mega auction. Virat Kohli is the top retention announced by Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). RCB have retained Virat by paying INR 21 crore. Notably, a total of 47 players have been retained ahead of the upcoming auction.
